We are seeking candidates for the position of Clinical Supervisor to join our fantastic team of autism professionals. We will consider a candidate who is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or almost eligible to sit for the certification exam. We have positions available in several departments depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and clinical interests. These include early intensive behavioral intervention, adolescent and young adult crisis intervention, and school-based consultation.
This position involves providing Behavior Analyst level services to a caseload of clients, supervising Bachelor’s level assistant supervisors, and providing training for parents and direct treatment staff. This is a full-time salaried position with highly competitive pay and excellent benefits. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. For candidates with extensive experience, a position of Senior Clinical Supervisor is available.
